    he’s really creative with the exercises that he uses I wish I would have seen this video before I went out and spent 15 bucks on wrist curler that broke only two months after using it

    anyways this is a good video. Do you have any bodyweight exercises for biceps. I know pulls are supposed to help but I find that they only work my lats and chest.

    Nah, you are incorrect my friend. That is Paul Zaichik from Elastic Steel, he does not lack core training. If his body is dipping then thats how the exercise is done.

    How many of these should you do a day? What should you go up ti’ll? I could really use this for martial arts/boxing/ wrestling too. I probably won’t need hand grips now too.

    This is great stuff, thanks a lot. He could definitely kick my at a push-up competition.

    He could benefit from some core training by the looks of it though, as his lower back is rounding and dipping and all sorts of weird stuff.

    But all in all, good video, some nice exercises there.

    Wow, awesome man, finally a bodyweight forearm//hand/finger strength workout video , showing the many variety of exercises that can be done at home, no weights, ……although I feel at least 2 exercises seem a bit dangerous to perform (my opinion of course), but you really opened my eyes with all these variations and techniques. Thanks man.
