    It’s not called …
It’s not called drop to drop… it’s actually a stance called “low dragon”. You just transition between horse stance and low dragon on each side. Good stretch and very useful once you figure out the application for this move.

  5. i would also …
i would also reccomend bunny hops for more lower leg strength. put your feet 6-12 inches apart, then sit on your heels standing on the balls of your feet, extend your arms outards for balance and move forward and sideways by hoping. balance is tough on this one but it will get better with time. the horse stance excersize i told you before when i first started training kung fu i could see dramatic changes in my legs after about 1 week of doing it. both these excersizes are great for the legs.

  6. but if you do this …
but if you do this stance and hold it your legs will become extremely strong. i reccomend holding this stance for 30 seconds every hour, and if that is easy more up to 1 minute every hour and so on. you will gain tons of muscle from this and its good for leg conditioning

  7. Yes, the best leg …
Yes, the best leg excersize i have found is a stance that is called “horse stance” in kung fu. you can look up pictures etc, but most people have a poor stance. the proper stance is as follows: always have a straight back, your thighs should be parallel to the ground, your thighs should also form a straight line. the toes of your feet should point directly forward, and your lower legs should be perpendicular to the floor. dont worry if you cant do it well its extremely hard to do well

    good, ill try that. …
good, ill try that. ive been doing the most retarded thing ever. it works though. I just stand with my feet together, and jump as far as I can, keeping my feet together, and do it 5 times. It gives my legs a good burn after about 5 sets, ive only been doing it for a week, so i dont see results yet, but i can feel it. any other exercises you can tell me?

  9. side to side squats …
side to side squats. this is really good for strengthening the legs but for some people its hard, to get started easier if you cant do it with no hands put your hands on the ground and walk yourself from side to side with your hands untill you can do it with no hands
