Im not trying to sound like a dick/bad mouth…but that punching bag is that heavy…..I use a standerized UFC brand…that heavy…they use the type of sand that totally compacts….that red bag was becoming bent in center….So Im guess 85pounds 95..But Video loooks pretty legit..when it comes to being more agile and all around training

You need to work on your squat technique as your legs were a little but too close together. But other than that you had very good chin up technique.

Lifting heavy will …
Lifting heavy will only get you SO big – most nutritionists/fitness trainers agree that bulk has more to do with diet. Many body builders get massive from low weight, extremely high reps, along with their diet. Ever seen the guy with the freakishly huge arms? I forget his name.
