    :( I had the splits. But then I lost them after not stretching for a month! I’m working on it again… It took me 2 months to get the splits though. So if I learn both sides that would probably take at least 5 months… :(

    How long would it take for someone who is 17 years old and male to get that flexible, given they do the proper training and take the proper amount of rest?

    nice flexability almost like old Man Bill Wallace. the only Splits i do is at the Black Jack Table or the Ice Cream Parlor BANANA SPLITS.

    leg up and kinda quicken the prossess because you don’t have full controll and end up streaching alittle more then if you where sitting on the ground and steaching your legs. And it’s less painfull.
