leg up and kinda quicken the prossess because you don’t have full controll and end up streaching alittle more then if you where sitting on the ground and steaching your legs. And it’s less painfull.

you can stand in front of a door facing the edge and do leg ups and gain flexibility that way just make sure not to pull anything and take it slow at first. But doors work good because you can hold them and your balance won’t be an issue and instead of the pain of trying to slowly streach you can kick your
