    the squeezing he means is when u feel your legs are far apart try to keep your feet where they are but try to push your legs toward eachother while their apart. Try it like if uve ever used those grip strength thingies same thing. Try to do the same. Spread feet to where u feel a stretch and try to bring your feet together, as if your trying to bring your legs together, you should feel it on the insides of your legs.

    I don’t know much about the different types of hips so I can’t comment on that. I thought all humans had the same skeleton.

    Keep training though, martial arts is too sweet to give up. I just finished a 3 hour kicking session, makes me feel so alive.
