    This prob. helped me more than most, i love doing Parkour and alot of these showed me a better or more propper way to do the streches i already do, but a shitload of ‘em i would not be able to do at all, and these looked so helpful and stuff that i’m gonna up da antie and lose heaps more waight so i can do half of these, thanks for the vid, it really was great and helped HEAPS.

    @parkourflip hmmm well it’ll take some time but basically youjust do the stretches and you go a little farther then you are comfortable with it’ll hurt juuuust a little bit but as you go you’ll get more flexible

    @Darkilluionoyster Awesome! I just started stretching not long ago and i have alot less back aches which is big for me. And yea im really surprised how how much more limber i am. I’ve been practicing parkour and my back always got in the way but now i feel like superman! :D Thanks again bro

    Dude I seen a monk use a wall for kick stretches. Just by placing your heel as high as possible you can use this instead of the window seal.
