    if you kick faster …
    if you kick faster with more tork you can drive your kick alot more higher. but it minimize your dmg if your knee are chambered

    Have a look at Elastic Steel. You can find them on you tube and their techniques work well and they give very advise etc. Hope this helps.

    Stretch as far as you can for 30 seconds and then feel and reckognize the resistence your body naturaly puts there so you dont snap! Relax into the stretch exhaling or whatever suits (maybe your smoking, not advised) then you Will be able to go a little futher hold for 30 seconds. One minute, one stretch, how many stretchy bits do ya got? Could take youuu… 87minutes 112minutes if you smoke. lol..

    to have the maximum effect you should wait 2 hours after the training before streching to improve your flexibility. and you should do streches at least for 30 min.

    you should give yourself 20 seconds on each strech then counter with leaning all the way back to the grond with one leg at a time so that ur back doesnt suffer any pain. and goodluck with ur streching!

    true but you do need to strengthen the lower leg and ankle in proportion to the rest of the leg, as you increase the elasticity in the muscle and thus increase flexibility the ankle and calf become the week point of the body’s system. it also promotes balance and reduces the chance of cramping out after spending all day on your toes kicking a bag, or partner.

    calf raises don’t improve flexibility just strength..bodybuilders and atheletes do calf raises all the time except with weights on their shoulders

    Unless you are …
    Unless you are already superbly flexible DO NOT BOUNCE (ballistic stretching). Bouncing is very risky and could leave you with torn ligaments which will not help in your flexibility. If you’re serious about stretching learn how to do it properly and effectively – either from a trainer, or check out one of the many books available on the subject.
