The sifu must do more standing post inorder to have a stronger root. A root with the earth is crucial in taiji. If you don’t after 10 years of practice when the eternal embryo awakens you will have pre heaven directing post heaven in a body with a poor moon earth and sun foundation,m this can lead to insanity. Everyone please work on your root everyday. A great redwood is nothing without strong deep roots to anchor and nuture it’s ever growing frame.

This is a very good application of Brush knee. Dont follow this guys instruction tho and ask the guy if he wants to continue or not for then he is going to get his balance back and punch you. Just do the movement fast and with a flow.
