Martial Arts Myths: Ninjutsu, part 4
This is part 4. I finally get to talking about some of the people who clam to be Ninja masters. I’m sure you guys can guess that this is going to be the part that will off some people the most.

Finally, at long last, I’m able to put this up. And it’s a doozy people… 40 minutes of me flapping my gums about Ninjutsu, and all the BS in it. And trust me, there’s a whole lot of it. That’s why it took me 40 minutes.
Of course, they’re all broken up into 4 parts. You can set aside some time for yourself, and watch all 4 at once, or you can just take your time and watch each part at your leisure. I’m not picky.
I’m pretty sure that because of these videos, all types of ninja wannabe kooks are gonna-come-a-knocking, all posting about how much I don’t know, or how they’re going to beat me up, or whatever. Please. No amount of grandstanding, fact dodging, or name calling will change things. The fact is, this information is out there for anyone to look up. And a lot of it doesn’t look good for you guys (fanatical wannabe Ninjas). You can act like idiots about it, or you can just accept things and move on. Of course, if there is something I’m genuinely wrong about, please let me know. Of course, I will look it up to make sure it’s correct, so no trying to BS me please… it’ll just be a waste of time.
Oh, and just to get this out of the way: I’m not saying there aren’t some legitimate Ninjutsu schools out there, nor are there not credible teachers. I’m well aware of the Bujinkan, and I’m sure the people associated with it can fight well. But amidst this one jewel, there’s a whole sea of mud. And the few jewels there aren’t as bright as you might think.
Anyways, enjoy guys. I certainly hope you guys DO enjoy it, after all the crap I had to go through just to get it done.
Oh, by the way… I have to thank the Bullshido.com website and forums for all their great work and information, without which this wouldn’t have been done. I did know a lot of this stuff already, but since I lost most of my old martial arts library, I’d have to do this from memory, and that’s an easy way to mess facts up. the fact that one practice taijutsu or whatever kind of martial arts,,,this makes this person no “ninja” but the moment i pay a prostitute to collect info for me,,,and i hire her to do this constantly,,,this prostitute is a more real ninja than many people claims to be. and this is what ninjutsu al about. nothing more and nothing less.

this information is well common known to most japanese people. and als known to the most old koryu practisioners such as yagyu shinkage ryu,,,katori shinto ryu,,,kashima shin ryu etc etc etc. every goverment or warlord need spies. there is not such thing as a ninja vilage for hire. these vilage are created by the govement or daimyo themself .

so in the fuedal times,, an daimyo consider everyone who is spying him or his teritory an “ninja”. may it be a harmless kid of 15 years old,, a maid,,a beggar a priest or an prostitute. the most effective “kusa” are those who are embedded in the enemies house castle for generations. thats why ninjutsu cant be koryu. ninjutsu is “spionage”. its not martial art. only when guerilla warfare is implemented,,martial artist been needed. again,,these will be wel trained by the samurai.

the “kusa” dont wear black pyamas,,,they are spies,,,housemaid,,the hooker in the brothel,,the beggar on the street,,, and they stay in theire “locations” maybe theire whole live long,,,collecting info for their lord. no fancy martial art combat duels,,,no ninja star throwing,,no black pyamas,,no climbing in trees .
today there are no ninjas left,,
but spionage still excist. every goverment have their own inteligence agencies.. in a way,,they are the new ninjas

the problem with samurai is,,,,they cant perform this act themself. if this shamefull act will be find out,,the whole family together the whole household and land property will be confiscated. this assasin job must always be done by an meaningless peassant or other non bushi class people.

these are the true spies. these “shinobi” or “kusa” etc does not have to be martial artist. in europe we have the famous mata hari . so the modern bujinkan people have an very distorted picture or view of the historical spionage and militairy warfare.
even,,when there must be an assasination be thaken place,,,,these will be performed by an ofcourse “shinobi” kusa or an farmer whatever,,,,who is secretly trained by an samurai .

if an daimyo wanto …
if an daimyo wanto set spies in an enemy camp,,,,he will do it way before they even have war with each other. this daimyo will place spies maybe 7 years prior the acual conflict or war. those spies wil collect info only. they are to valuable to expose themselves. if an daimyo wanto know the city activity of the enemy,, paying or hiring a bunch of beggars whos monitoring the enemy city 24 hr a day is suficient enough.

if a daimyo lord wanto know info of a sertain general and finds out a sertain general like to go to a brothel,,he will hire a hooker to go to that brothel to gain info.
this hooker is no martial artist,,but an very inportant info collector. if an daimyo wanto know info from a certain household,,,he will kill the maid of the house by sickness so this household must hire an new housemaid wich will be a simple farmgirl (with no martial art experience) to gain information.
