Book on sale- Sanshouxingyiquan: and commentaries on modern martial arts- 20$ new price!!!
Filled with personal stories about fighting, competing, martial evolution, and training tips. This book is perfect for all stylists, not just kung fu. After reading this book, you will have a much better idea of how to bring your art to the next level. Not only will this book help you see martial arts in a more realistic manner for fighting, but also help you see a correlation between the mental and spiritual aspects, and learn how to truly express yourself.
Additional chapters include a section about healing injuries, diet plans, and how to avoid injuries. I have chapters that address grappling tips, as well as some of my own personal fighting strategies. I think everyone can benefit from this book, and it will be a fun read for you.
This book also includes ALOT of personal commentary about martial arts. There hasnt been a good book on commentary since Bruce Lee’s books. Since his death, MMA has risen, gas prices have risen, and people’s attitudes are much different. This book will show that.
If you are a XingYi practitioner this book will help you tremendously, but in reality, names mean nothing. If you replace “xing yi” with “your style”, its all just names, Anyone and everyone can benefit from this book. Even non-martial artists. There are many chapters that talk about how to live a more rewarding and spiritual life, it even goes so far as to say that all athletic sports teach some type of self-defense attribute.
