Hurricane Fist School of Martial Arts 2010: The clips in this video were taken over the last year. The students at the Ju Feng Chuan Kwoon are well on their way to becoming martial art practitioners. This video shows some of their progress. There are many different drills being worked on in this video – all of which focus on learning to deal with various types of pressure. In order for any Martial Art techniques to be effective, one must train ones body diligently. These exercises that I am showing can be done outdoors or indoors with a very minimal need for equipment. As a Martial Artist you should always have the ability to train your body at any location without the need of weights or equipment.
