FMK SIFU CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPERIENCED MARTIAL ARTISTS
1. Sifu’s most possess prior Martial Arts experience in any style at an advanced level.
2. Sifu’s must pass the fitness requirements for the Level 3 Black Elite rank. Videos must be submitted to Sifu Lee to show that the fitness requirements have been accomplished for the year. 3. Sifu’s must recertify in the fitness requirements every year. Fitness standards based on age and gender must be maintained for the lifetime of the Sifu otherwise he/she will lose certification.
4. Sifu’s must achieve Level 3 Black Elite rank in the Fitness, Technique, and Spiritual aspects of the Martial Arts.
5. Sifu’s must submit videos to Sifu Lee to display their combat technique precision.
6. Sifu’s must have a conversation with Sifu Lee to show that they have a spiritual understanding of the Martial Arts.
BENEFITS TO FMK SIFU CERTIFICATION
1. Network with Sifu Lee to share and express True Martial Arts, the integration of Body, Mind, and Spirit.
2. A personal webpage created by Sifu Lee displayed on the FMK website: http://freddiesmodernkungfu.com. This webpage will include your Fitness Statistics of the year, General Sifu Information, Biography, Numerous Photos, 1 video of you expressing your Art, a link to your webpage, and also any other information you would like to add. This page will promote your Art and potentially connect you with individuals who may be interested in learning from you that live in your area.
3. A healthy way to motivate you to continue your high standard of expression in the Martial Arts for the entirety of your life.
4. Become a part of the FMK family. Be invited to stay at the FMK dojo for an all day stay and receive discounts on FMK training. Accommodations of food, water, and shelter will be provided at no extra cost. The entire day will consist of 8 hours of FMK training.
5. Enhanced credibility, you will receive a FMK Sifu certification certificate by mail every year you pass the fitness requirements signed by Sifu Lee.

This book is massive! It covers my back story , and how I got in the martial arts, my struggles with health problems, commentaries on religion, racism, MMA, nutrition, injuries, and how martial arts relates to all of these things. If your a fan of martial arts, and you loved Bruce Lee’s books, or your a fan of the “Jeet Kune Do” mentality, I think you will enjoy this publication. Its not a “dry” history book…this book is raw, honest, and personal. Wing chun, xingyiquan, muay thai, MMA, wrestling, tai chi, everyone can benefit from this book!
