I really love this short fight, movie called “Pushed to the limit” from 1992. Massive muscular Woman is Inga played by Christl Colven. Her opponent played by Vivian Wycliffe is film name “Chata”, also muscular and looking tough martial arts expert… in my opinion that fight should be longer, Inga couldn’t beat Her as easily. How You like my annotates ?

Martial Arts of Tucson’s women of Shiden’issen Jujutsu are featured in an video which depicts reality-based scenarios as well as dojo training footage. Along with a exhilarating musical score and cinematic videography, this video will not only inspire, but raise awareness in women of what could actually happen in an assault.

Defending oneself on the ground is an often neglected, yet very important, aspect of self defense. Shiden’issen Jujutsu hopes to open women’s eyes to the unpleasant specifics of an assault, and demonstrate how Jujutsu could allow them to cope in similar situations, and even prevail over their attacker. Jujutsu methods of defense rely on principles of leverage, off-balancing and superior strategy – skills that nearly all women can cultivate and acquire over time.

All performers in the video are students of the Martial Arts of Tucson Jujutsu program.
