Hurricane Fist School of Martial Arts 2010 (SPM)
Hurricane Fist School of Martial Arts 2010: The clips in this video were taken over the last year. The students at the Ju Feng Chuan Kwoon are well on their way to becoming martial art practitioners. This video shows some of their progress. There are many different drills being worked on in this video – all of which focus on learning to deal with various types of pressure. Our school is grateful to have many contributing Associate instructors from all three of the Southern Praying Mantis branches.

Here are a few of the basic leg stretching exercises. You should spend about 15-20 mins stretching each day. I tried to do my video in half the time because of the 10 min time limit. There are more leg stretches I want to cover in future videos and I will post how to stretch all other parts of the body as well. For example, the Neck and Back, The Shoulder, Arms and Wrists, The sides of the ribs, hips and abdomen, and of course all the muscles and joints in the leg. Including thigh, calf, ankle, knee, inner and outer part of the leg, bottom, and lower back or tailbone.
