Enough (Dramatic Indie Martial Arts Short Film)

Entered into the Sundial Film Festival March 2010.

New Dardrex Productions martial arts drama, collaboration with Team Thunder (writing effort).

John has been tormented by Tim since they were kids. They have had a constant rivalry as martial artists and now over the hand of a woman but when Mary chooses John, Tim goes completely psychotic and she gets hurt. Now as John confronts Tim he also internally struggles between his rage and his good character as he decides how far he’s willing to go with the fight.

Some Basic Leg Stretches

Here are a few of the basic leg stretching exercises. You should spend about 15-20 mins stretching each day. I tried to do my video in half the time because of the 10 min time limit. There are more leg stretches I want to cover in future videos and I will post how to stretch all other parts of the body as well. For example, the Neck and Back, The Shoulder, Arms and Wrists, The sides of the ribs, hips and abdomen, and of course all the muscles and joints in the leg. Including thigh, calf, ankle, knee, inner and outer part of the leg, bottom, and lower back or tailbone.

WOMAN! – martial art short film

A man wants to suprise his girlfriend with a nice dinner when the doorbell suddently rings.

“Kvinna!”(swedish for woman!) is a shortfilm I made in 2 days in the winter of 2004. It won “Honorbale Mention” in the “23rd International Film Festival “Up to 21″ 2005″.

I upload this old short film because I know people still seem to enjoy it, right now its still being shown a festivals and screenings in Sweden. That and some other much cooler stuff I hope to upload soon, so stay tuned as they say.

Martial Arts Speed Training – Candle Punches

Punching out candle flames as a form of training, to improve speed and directness of strikes. An exercise that is fun and easy to do. As far as I can tell this exercise was first used by the shaolin monks for developing “Fa Jing” or striking power. This is not a difficult exercise. This video is in not demonstrational, it is purely instructional. For a more difficult set of candle punching exercises please see my Advanced candle punches video.

A couple of “donts” that I forgot to add into the video is…

- Never practice with long sleaves. (Possibility of them catching light, but it also makes the excercise extremely easy.)
- Dont practicing with the candle close against the wall because it makes the excerise easier. (Your just cheating yourself.)
