Visit – http://www.StreetFightUncaged.com and learn to protect yourself using this secret techniques that can Disable ANY Opponent. What Im About to Show You is Designed to Slaughter Your Opponent. Not Stun, Not Knock Down – But Brutally Decimate Them! Please dont take what I just said lightly. Both as a selfdefense expert, decorated combat veteran, and a security professional, Ive stopped counting the number of situations Ive seen where the unexpected happens and good guys and their families are made victims. The term self-defense might have quite uncommon in the past but now it has become the requirement of most of us. Since every person is different from other in ones thinking, perception and actions so in the same way different people have different point of views about self-defense. Some of the people have a point of view that self-defense training is not an essential thing to have a proper self-defense. They think that there are lots of ways that can help anyone to do ones self-defense. For example if you feel insecure and you are uncertain of what is going to happen with you while you are in your way to office then why dont you keep self-defense weapons with you to ensure your self-defense. This category of people does not give much importance to the self-defense training because they think that your self-defense is in your own hands and its just your level of confidence that matters in the critical situation and you with the help of your self-defense weapons can be able to tackle your opponent. What Is the Best Combination For Your Self-Defense? The fact is that all these things are combined to make your self-defense strong. If anything is missing you might feel that you have a weak self-defense and perhaps it will become quite difficult for you to deal with your predator. The self-defense training, the weapons and your level of confidence to apply the taught techniques and weapons vigilantly and efficiently against your predator are necessary to have a foolproof self-defense.Why Self-Defense Training Is Essential?Self-defense training is in fact the most essential ingredient of an appropriate self-defense plan. Actually when you get admission in any institute to get the self-defense training then you are taught lots of skills and techniques to deal with an opponent. These techniques and tricks are very helpful when you wisely and rightly use against any predator. However, if you dont get any type of self-defense training then it is assumed that your predator will get hold on you quite easily because the basic thing of your self-defense is missing. The instructors in the self-defense training institute will not only teach you the self-defense techniques and skills to deal with your predator but they will also give you some useful tips that may be helpful for you in any harmful or threatening situation. Therefore we come to the conclusion that acquiring the self-defense training is much-needed thing in the present time and everyone should take it. Today, you can easily find the institutes where efficient experts are there to offer the students useful self-defense training and the fee of these institutes is also quite reasonable so if you feel insecure then you should take the self-defense training. Some Basic Leg Stretches

Here are a few of the basic leg stretching exercises. You should spend about 15-20 mins stretching each day. I tried to do my video in half the time because of the 10 min time limit. There are more leg stretches I want to cover in future videos and I will post how to stretch all other parts of the body as well. For example, the Neck and Back, The Shoulder, Arms and Wrists, The sides of the ribs, hips and abdomen, and of course all the muscles and joints in the leg. Including thigh, calf, ankle, knee, inner and outer part of the leg, bottom, and lower back or tailbone.

Martial Arts Speed/Power Training – Punching Through Paper

I found this exercise first, in one of Bruce Lee’s training manuals (Bruce Lee’s Fighting Method – Basic Training), although there was no mention of actually damaging the paper (That is an adaptation I have made myself). I can’t seem to find any record of it being used previously. This Exercise should increase speed and power of your strikes.

Martial Arts Speed Training – Candle Punches

Punching out candle flames as a form of training, to improve speed and directness of strikes. An exercise that is fun and easy to do. As far as I can tell this exercise was first used by the shaolin monks for developing “Fa Jing” or striking power. This is not a difficult exercise. This video is in not demonstrational, it is purely instructional. For a more difficult set of candle punching exercises please see my Advanced candle punches video.

A couple of “donts” that I forgot to add into the video is…

- Never practice with long sleaves. (Possibility of them catching light, but it also makes the excercise extremely easy.)
- Dont practicing with the candle close against the wall because it makes the excerise easier. (Your just cheating yourself.)

If you have any questions feel free to email me through youtube and I will try my best to help.
