These are my views of women in mixed martial arts – they aren’t pretty, but then again neither are most of the female fighters. P.S. Okay, okay – there IS a Pro Women’s basketball league, but the fact that I didn’t even know about it proves my point well enough.

This book is massive! It covers my back story , and how I got in the martial arts, my struggles with health problems, commentaries on religion, racism, MMA, nutrition, injuries, and how martial arts relates to all of these things. If your a fan of martial arts, and you loved Bruce Lee’s books, or your a fan of the “Jeet Kune Do” mentality, I think you will enjoy this publication. Its not a “dry” history book…this book is raw, honest, and personal. Wing chun, xingyiquan, muay thai, MMA, wrestling, tai chi, everyone can benefit from this book!

I would be honored if my martial art brothers and sisters would check out this book.
