Not only will this book help you see martial arts in a more realistic manner for fighting, but also help you see a correlation between the mental and spiritual aspects, and learn how to truly express yourself.<br />
   Additional chapters include a section about healing injuries, diet plans, and how to avoid injuries. I have chapters that address grappling tips, as well as some of my own personal fighting strategies. I think everyone can benefit from this book, and it will be a fun read for you.<br />
   This book also includes ALOT of personal commentary about martial arts. There hasnt been a good book on commentary since Bruce Lee&#8217;s books. Since his death, MMA has risen, gas prices have risen, and people&#8217;s attitudes are much different. This book will show that.</p>
<p>If you are a XingYi practitioner this book will help you tremendously, but in reality, names mean nothing. If you replace &#8220;xing yi&#8221; with &#8220;your style&#8221;, its all just names, Anyone and everyone can benefit from this book. Even non-martial artists. There are many chapters that talk about how to live a more rewarding and spiritual life, it even goes so far as to say that all athletic sports teach some type of self-defense attribute.
