This book is massive! It covers my back story , and how I got in the martial arts, my struggles with health problems, commentaries on religion, racism, MMA, nutrition, injuries, and how martial arts relates to all of these things. If your a fan of martial arts, and you loved Bruce Lee’s books, or your a fan of the “Jeet Kune Do” mentality, I think you will enjoy this publication.
